Eternity Supplied Equipment
Take out a maintenance contract with us on the equipment that we have installed for you. Our monthly fee of £12.50 covers all call outs and replacement parts. We will also carry out an annual service which we check your system is running at its best and swap any faulty parts at the time. We unfortunately cant cover acts of god or malicious damage though. The maintenance contract also doesn’t cover system upgrades.

Third Party Supplied Equipment
If we take over your existing system then we would be happy to cover you. This would be at the slightly higher price of £18.50. This would include an annual service. We would also cover all field device apart from the main control panel.
